Brunch- Protien bar
Lunch: 1 Tuna sandwhich 1 turkey sandwhich and a salad
Mid day snack : MRP Opticen from ATL
Dinner (college sucks for dinner) 1 and 1/2 turkey sandwhich 1 roast beef sandwhich and a banana

Well, it all depends on how much you weigh. If you are just 90 pounds, then I would say probably, but if your 150+ pounds, I'm gonna have to say your fine. But it all depends on what your maintenance calories are. Take those plus 500-1000 calories, and you should be o.k.

It doesnt matter about the amount of food it matters about the amount of calories. If you eating more calories than your burning during the day you will gain weight. depending on the amount of calories you eat extra depends on how quickly you gain weight
