I have been bulking for some time but eating very healthy, yet the defination in my arms seem like its fading away, is this too much food?
Well take today for example:
Breakfeast : 5 egss 3 sausages 2 glasses of water and a banana
Brunch- Protien bar
Lunch: 1 Tuna sandwhich 1 turkey sandwhich and a salad
Mid day snack : MRP Opticen from ATL
Dinner (college sucks for dinner) 1 and 1/2 turkey sandwhich 1 roast beef sandwhich and a banana
And a few minutes ago a protien shake
