Are these beneficial? I can't seem to find them in the stores, but my school's gym has one. It mimmicks the same movement you get from dumbbell hammer curls, but it's a barbell instead. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Yes they are good they also work your forearms well. I do them maybe once every 3 bicep workouts

psu027 of course it is beneficial, now whether it is more beneficial than DB hammer curls or regular curls is debatable. I myself prefer hammer curls over regular curls.

I too think hammer curls should be done in every biceps workout, preferably first. Going heavy on the hammers has really helped me increase strength lately, which directly carried over to normal curls
