Hello all, was a little nervous posting these but i guess i will for progress purposes and to warn people never to become over weight lol.

I was 275 and now 232, want to go down to 200 i feel that will be pretty good, i started lifting late july, REAL lifting late august.

my "numbers" are currently 185 for 7 bench, 225 for 7 x 3 deadlift, and 500 for 7 x 3 leg press, i dont feel maxing out is necessary i like to work on a routine.

as you can see, i have some nasty stretch marks also, and my legs are alot bigger in person, unfortunatly, lol.

What is your current routine and diet? That is great to loose that much weight. I was around 260 in January of this year and dropped to around 221. I am now around 225 on a bulk.

good job man on your progress...I feel ya on the stretch marks...but as far as I can tell once we have six packs we can say "our abs just got so big so fast..." lol...well maybe...anyways keep it up and you and I will be skinny and cut in no time.

Hardtosquat...were you overweight for a long time?...how do you cope with eating extra to purposefully gain weight if so?...Im scared to "bulk".....

Awesome job! The strech marks are a bitch but they will fade some over time (I know from my own and my wife's) they might never completely go away but they will fade... and trust me the numbers mean less and less as you get more in shape. At one point I was obsessed with 175, and I did hit it, but it was so much work. Now I'm more concerned with have a fit look through the winter and a 6 pack in the summer no matter what the scale reads. I'm running around 200 right now and 6 months ago that alone would have made me mental! Again great job!
