Well I posted it in the journal but for those of you who dont look at it just wanted to know....well, my strength has been increasing nicely, but for the past 3-4 weeks my weight has been roughly 205-206ish. Should I bump the cals up more will the weight come gradually with the increase in strength?
Bump up the cals. Just because you are getting stronger doesnt necessarily mean you are growing i think. Id up the cals but thats just me.

Seems like a pretty simple logical question to me.
Yes it is a logical question for some1 getting into training and trying to perfect it. Not for some1 who should already have a vast knowledge of training and diet as they are ready to use anabolics. However when i did my first cycle i proberly didnt know either so dont worry about it. Plus no matter how experienced you are their will always be something you dnt know
