hell, i dont even get 20 dollars a month, how am i supposed to supplement my vits?
I take something like 2x RDA of all Bs, 17x RDA of C, and 2x RDA of zinc... all other micros 1 RDA.

I know this is far from sufficient for someone as heavy and active as me but hell the protein powder was a stretch in my budget, i dont even have a job....

not much.
just a high strenght vit/mineral tablet, with a bout 60 tablets in. it should not cost to much.
