when is the right time to fit in a cheat day and about how many weeks?

If you're cutting HARD, do 'em more frequently. If not as hard, less. I track on fitday, and watch my progress. When I hit a goal, and notice I haven't had one in two or three weeks, I toss one in.

I generally try to do it on EITHER a heavy workout day, or the day before one. Might as well enjoy a GREAT workout with all the extra food!
