Umm this is probably gonna sound realy stupid but what is a safe amount of milk to be drinking for a 190lb guy. Because alote of people have been saying that too much milk is bad for youre liver or some shiat like that so I got a little worried. Wheres my precious little Built when I need her.
As long as it comes into your total micros for the day their isnt a problem at all with how much. Ive heard people drink upto a gallon of it on this site i think in a day

I asked a similar question a little while ago - the general reply was "milk is good, drink it."
