unfortunately i cannot really bulk bc of digestion and liver problems. my doc just wants me to stick with a normal amount for someone like me. 21 years old 6'1'' and 160-5 lbs. i want to be as lean as possible with this current weight. how can i become more cut and lower some bf? i believe my bf is actually like 15%!! i want my six pack back again!! should i incorporate more cardio and lift with high reps?? i havent been doing anything for the past few months btw. i would like to be around 165-170. any help, im lost!!!!!????

no im just trying to stay in the range. i will probably gain a little weight anyway from eating a little more and lifting bc i havent done anything at all for a while.

Just eat really clean at maintenance calories and lift hard like you would if you were bulking. You can also throw in some cardio for good health and better nutrient partitioning. Most people can make great gains while neither bulking nor cutting.
