How often should you take Creatine...? Every day or before every training session? How much each time? How long should the cycle be?

I take it 5 times a week after I train or run.

There was a good article at www.wannabebig.com on creatine but I looked a minute ago and couldn't find it. It basically said that huge loading doses were unnecessary and the daily maintenance dose should be no higher than 5 g. After a few weeks it doesn't matter if you loaded or not- your muscles will be saturated anyway. Dosing at higher levels will result mainly in an elevated blood creatinine level, which falsely indicates that you have a kidney problem. I've heard lots of people to take it after a workout with a high-carb drink so that it gets into the muscle easier. I don't know if anybody's ever actually proven that it's better to take it before or after a workout. Seems like everybody agrees that creatine should not be mixed with citrus juice.
