What are your stats? How many calories is that? Kind of need to know those 2 things before you can get any detailed advise.

I dont need the stats I'd rate that like a 3. Fast food doesn't really stick very well. It goes straight to your ass. Too many carbs and not enough protein.

Get rid of that whey except for PWS and add some damn beef/chicken/tuna/turkey in there.

What's wrong with consuming whey at times other than PWO?

Whey digests very quickly. You need some actual food in there, son.

I give it a -5

You are bulking, but you are eating LEAN Pockets and drinking fat free milk?

Ditch the lean pockets, arbys, soup, & bagels.
You can drink fat free milk if you want, but you should up the dose to 1gal a day. 2% would be better for your bulk...it's like liquid LEAN meat.

Go read "What a Bodybuilder Eats". It's a sticky in the Diet & Nutrition Forum.

Is this Star Jones pre 2005 diet?

Clean up your diet. Just because you go on a bulk doesnt mean you can eat all the greasy foods you want.

it's crap and not that much crap at that. I'd starve on a diet like that.

Purchase some Quaker Oatmeal and go to town.

A lot of commercially processed food that specifically presents itself as "healthy" is actually the opposite. Examples include so called "lean" pockets, nutri-grain bars (first ingredient on these is high fructose corn syrup!), weight watchers frozen meals (mostly processed carbs), and "diet" shakes.

Agreed, but with all the other food in his gut it pretty much becomes a non-issue. Drop the fast food, add milk, oatmeal, more protein and some pb or olive oil.

Can't get much leaner than nonfat.
