My neighborhood is shaped just like a track. Its 1/4 of a mile around so four times around would be 1 mile exactly. I was thinking about do some HIIT training on it so that i can avoid going to a track. However, there is a slight incline if i were running north and a slight decline if i were running south. Will this incline/decline have an affect on the HIIT training either negative or positive? I was planning on sprinting the straights and walking the corners.
