QUick tuna recipe

I can't find the master tuna recipe thread so here goes....

GAUREETEED to disgust family and friends

I needed some fat and protein for diner and the cupboards are bare then it came to me....

One can of tuna drained
2 tbs of natty PB

mix and enjoy

Roughly 317 cal, 37 g Protein, 17 fat, and 5 carbs

It's actually pretty good, with one more TBS of PB it would be awesome, but the cals would kill me!

Honestly It's quite good, and after doing a quick net search there's actually a company that makes something similar... I guess I'm not the only insane one??

I HATE tuna!
Tuna and ketchup, Tuna and mayo, ect ect ect and now tuna with PB is much better tasting.. I'm a freak I'll admit it... It's not as crazy as the time I had a tuna shake (that was BAD)

lmao i wish i could eat that Geeper, just for the reactions. I love avocado mixed with tuna in a burro that crud drowns out most the tuna taste, makes it edible and enjoyable. Too bad avo's are a stinkin dollar 99 here for like barely 6 oz's!
