What do you eat as a snack, If you must.
I got used to Grabbing apack of Mnms, then I went to a fruit bar and found out it was almost as bad...
What do you eat?

I don't snack. If I'm hungry, I eat another meal.

most of what i eat qualifies as a meal i guess, but on the otehr end of the spectrum, usually fruit, almonds, or dark chocolate.
Ill have protein powder or a small meal
no snacks, jsut 6 small meals a day for me..
if you mean like on the go then proabbly a shake

1 cup cottage cheese + 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter + 2 packs splenda= heaven

My definition of snack is something quick to eat with little to no negative impact on diet. Some quick munchies: almonds, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, string cheese, whey shake. On my bulk I eat 3 BIG meals a day, with the rest of my calories coming through servings of these "snacks" but a snack could be anything you want it to be.

i lost count on how many meals i eat, i eat when i'm hungry which is every hour.Nutella with pb though has to be my favorite right now :p

Cookies, granola bars.... basically anything under 20 carbs and 200 calories is fair game. This rules out chocolate bars (or two chocolate bars, which I did a lot of formerly) but oh well.

Large Wombo Combo from Roundtable Pizza, or 2 double doubles and a vanilla shake if I'm too lazy to eat a whole meal. snacking = extra cals :)

a half serving of almonds...a couple small handfulls of fiber one and a protein shake...
eating every couple hours, I tend not to 'snack' much.

1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup oatmeal
1 serving yogurt
1 packet sweetener
Blend... add fruit. Eat.
almonds, pastachios, cashews, yogurt, potato salad...

Trail Mix (containing different nuts, raisins, and other dried fruit). No salt or perservatives added.

AHH! Someone else has discovered the joy that is Nutella and PB!
My friends back in New Zealand all thought I was absolutely insane...
It must be a Canadian thing, mixing PB with everything.
