ETS--when do you take it?

After by body was wrecked by deads the other day and I'm not getting any younger (36--wow!), I was thinking about purchasing ETS.

Just curious, when do you take it? Right when you are done working out? before? Before bed?

4 in the morning, 4 before bed, that's how i was taking them
