View Full Version : New To Thread - Pictures

Hey guys, even though this is my first post here I've probably been watching and reading WBB for about a year now. I thought it was time to finally show everyone my progress and get some advice. Anyways enough bs, a bit about myself:

I've been body building for 2 solid years now, my progress is from a meisly 150lbs to a present 205-210lbs. I'm 5'11". 17.5" arms. Bench Press 245 at 6 reps, 105lbs dumbell shoulder press maxxed, 100lbs dumbell upper chest maxxed.

I've posted to get some advice on gaining another inch on my arms and also making room in my schedual for legs. My routine is Monday Chest, Tuesday Back, Thursday Shoulders, Friday Arms. Do you think I should slow down on Chest and Back to make rooms for Arms twice a week and legs? Any thoughts would be cool.

All are relaxed pose, no flexxing. No leg pictures because I dont work them... Yeah its beginning to be a problem, lots of leg pain do to lots of new upper weight.

you say "make room for your legs" but just combine like body parts on the days you lift. I do chest and triceps on one day (they are related), back and biceps on one day, and legs and shoulders on another... thats only 3 days of the week and i hit all the muscle groups... just throw legs in there somewhere, its no biggy.

wow, amazing progress. but please don't neglect your legs, start working them asap, and combine exercises like what doctorcod said. or check out WBB#1 routine, on the front page under routines.

great progress man.

My advice: keep lifting heavy weight and keep eating a lot of food.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys I appreciate it. I'm planning on throwing in legs with my shoulder routine and combine triceps with chest plus biceps with back. I'm going to push hard to get some insane results, hopefully get those 19" arms some day. Oh btw what are the best excercises for biceps and triceps that give best results for size?

I would say barbell curls or alternate curls, and close grip bench or skull crushers. You look like a man now, lol that is how much size you have gained. Keep it up

You have made excellent progress man! But there is nothing embarrassing about your before pics, everyone starts somewhere dude! You work with what you've got, and with some sweat, you put on some muscle. Keep up the work!

HHAHAHAAHHA nice photoshop, If i where you I would kill those legs with some nice SQUATS, I'm surprised they can even hold up youre uppper body.

Thanks for all the replies! I had to laugh at the upper body vs leg picture, although I can assure you I'm proportionate even without working my legs directly. The only lack would be my calves, but I've started to hit them with everything else. I tried to take a picture of my legs but there isn't enough room to show them - so I attached another upper body shot for the hell of it. Give me a couple weeks and I'll get something better.

EDIT: This picture looks soooo wrong I didn't realize until now, just ignore my facial expression and where I'm grabbing... Haha. I was only intending to show my calves, I swear...

Great pecs arms and delts. As someone who started as a member of the 135 lb. club, I can relate. Keep it up, man.

Likewise, your body can only grow so much disproportionately. Throw in at least some squats/leg presses and some SLDL's and your back, shoulders, traps and arms will reap the benefits too.
