I made these bars - pretty much just a mix of oats lots of honey and protein power. I was thinking about have one of them for a spike after working out then downing a huge protein shake and a bowl of veg to complete my post-work out nutrition. Does this sound good?
Should I take creatine at this time or before?

just add the creatine to your shake

Oats aren't going to give you a huge insulin release, and not very quickly.

Honey has a lot of fructose - not so great for post workout. This might be better as a pre-workout snack than as post-workout nutrition.
