Well I have been trying to bulk for awhile and it isnt working and it is because I know I am not eating enough but I need some help. What should I add?
Meal 1:
4 hard boiled eggs
Banana
Glass of milk
Meal 2:
Protein shake
Meal 3:
8-10oz piece of chicken
1 cup white rice
some veggies
Meal 4
Protein shake
Almonds
Meal 5:
Steak or chicken (8-10oz)
Rice or red potato
Meal 6:
protein shake
I know this is not enough but I dont know what else to add that isnt going to pack on fat. Also what else can I add or change up for some variety because I know I will eventually get sick of this diet.
