I've had a look around the internet but can't find anything about it so decided to ask here.

Are there any formula's for working out how many calories to be taken in while cutting? If not then what do most people recommend for someone slightly bigger than average height/weight.

No accurate ones. You must calculate. Track your cals, if your losing weight then your below maintance, if your gaining, your above. Simple as that.

try 2000 if you gain or loose after a week adjust accordingly to wether you want to gain or loose weight

2000 is low for a large male. Really low. If your a 140lb girl, then maybe 2000 is what you need.

i'll try it for a week and see how it goes...
If not then i'll just adjust it...

yeah im about 6 foot 2 and 85kg which i think is nearly 190 lbs

ok so even to low for the cut? then what? maybe 3000?

umm...do you mean like how much i was taking in before? About 3500.

Work out 3 times a week, do cardio 3 times a week, but im gonna be stepping that up.
