TOMBSTONE Original Sausage & Mushroom Pizza, frozen 2 serving 612 27 62 29

So basically, it goes in order, with breakfast starting at the beginning and ending with the straberries. Then my lunch is everything from the bread to the yogurt, and then the rest but the pizza is a protein shake, and the pizza was the dinner. (yes, i had no other option......) Totals of 3221 calories, 182 g of fat, 207 g of carbs, and then 198 g of protein. Alot of the fat is monounsaturated (that's the good stuff I'm pretty sure....). Critique?

I would say you are very high on the fat i would drop that and up the protein and carbs but thats just me. i know the reason people have higher fat in the diet is when they tend to be cutting as it replaces the carbs however you buling so i would up the other 2 and drop the fat.
