Ive been recently snaking on yogurts, Yoplait Hazelnut yogurts and ive been eating them whenever i fell like it so about 6 a day.
125 grams each with 4.6g of protein and 19.6g of carbs and 4.0g of fat per 100 grams.
What i want to know is, is there any reason not too would they be counter productive more then anything or are they fine.
I've been eating them to try and throw some cals in before the end of the day and protein.
Plus is there anytime i shouldnt eat them.
