Routine :
Monday : Bi's and Back
Tuesday : Off
Wednesday : Tris and chest
Thursday : off
Friday : Shoulders and traps and legs
aturday off
Sunday Repeat

I like going every other day, I want to hit each muscle twice a week but it's hard trying to find a routine like that with enough rest so I dont over train .

Tuesday :

Breakfeast :
7 Boiled eggs 2 cups of water and a BANAna

Lunch : Tuna fish sandwhich Turkey sandwhich 2 glasses of water and an apple

Mid day snack : Opticen MRP

Dinner : 8 Pieces of grilled chicken turkey sanwhich 2 glasses of water

Night snack : 2 small Tune wraps 2 glasses of water

Does this seem like enough food for bulking ? I get full at every meal

You might want to eat more cals. Are you gaining off that many?

Thursday meal
Meal 1 : 12 hardboiled eggs with a small cup of ham 2 glasses of milk
Meal 2 : Protien shake 21g Nitrean
Meal 3 : Tuna sandwhich and 8 piece of thick turkey breast, glass of milk
Meal 4 : Protien shake Nitrean
Meal 5: 3 small pieces of chickn 3oz each, banana
Meal 6 : 3 small pieces of chicken and a tuna fish sandwhich
Meal 7 : Tuna wrap

I think I gained literally like 3 pounds off of the food today, I think I am eating too much. Anyone else concur ?

Todays meal :

Meal 1: Protien shake
Meal 2 : 1 1/2 hamburgers
Meal 3 : Protien bar with 3 glasses of milk
Meal 4 : Double meat turkey/chicken subway sandwhich 1ft long
Meal 5: Protien bar with 3 glasses of milk
Meal 6 : 1ft long double meat tuna sub
Meal 7 : Protien shake

Just looking for some advice on my bulking diet ? Any changes or what not ?
