View Full Version : Is this a good bulking diet?

Breakfeast :
7 Boiled eggs 2 cups of water and a BANAna

Lunch : Tuna fish sandwhich Turkey sandwhich 2 glasses of water and an apple

Mid day snack : Opticen MRP

Dinner : 8 Pieces of grilled chicken turkey sanwhich 2 glasses of water

Night snack : 2 small Tune wraps 2 glasses of water

Does this seem like enough food to bulk ? I get pretty full at each meal , should I put more food into the day ? like maybe add a brunch between breakfeast and lunch ?

It really just depends. Give it a few weeks, try to gain about 1-2 lbs a week.

Personally, I bulk on steak, nachos, and beer and manage to stay lean - most people would advise against this.

For your size I would think you need more. How many calories is that?

Also, you are only getting fat in your first meal. Don't be afraid to eat fat.

Alright well, I eat mostly at a college cafeteria and the good food is limited. Ill have to add more eggs to my breakfeast with some toast, add anther roast beef sadwhich to my lunch and another sandwhich to my dinner, say another tuna sandwhich.

Think of it this way - at a pound a week, it will still take you 4 months to get to 250.
