Im in college, so I cant cook anything... any of you have any reccomendations for bulking food I can microwave or heat up in the toaster oven. OR--- any advice on what to eat in the nasty ass cafeteria would be helpful

hungryman.. 700-1000 calories each
sometimes they go on sale for like 2-3 bucks

at the cafeteria eat chicken.. the meat?

just a heads up, tv dinners are insanely high in sodium.

I wouldnt have the tv dinners/frozen meals etc as far as im aware they are full of sh*te. make sarnies. Also how come you canot cook anything u dnt have a frying pan/oven or how about a toastie machine. george foreman grill

i had microwaveable (non processed) chicked tenders for a while, and were pretty good.

Yeah, I would also advise to stay away from the T.V. dinners. All that is is processed garbage. Do you have access to a little grocery store, and a few bills? You could buy some whole wheat bread, a $hitload of tuna, milk, and I would invest in a George Foreman as previously stated.

yea my sodium intake is already too high, im trying to cut the tv dinners

i live in the dorms so im only supposed to use a microwave, a foreman would stank up the whole floor

thanks for the tuna/whole wheat advice... ill definitely do that as soon as i get some loot

Dno't you have common kitchens? Is my school the only school where even the 60s dorms have nice common kitchens?

Just say NO to Frozen Dinners. One of those things will at least 5 days worth of sodium.

microwaves basically render your food useless.
