When I lift weights, I get damn hungry... I try to control my calorie intake by eating a medium sized meal, and about 30 minutes or an hour later I'm hungry again... I cant help it, when I lift I want to eat a lot! I usually end up having 7-10 meals a day... Im 6 ft, 165 lbs, trying to lose about 10 more lbs... any suggestions to control my appetite?

6 meals a day would be pretty standard for all of us.
If you have to eat (yeah i know where you coming from i get like this) just have a handfull of nuts/dried fruit or a slice of wholemeal bread or somthing similar just to keep you going until your next meal :D
