Sorry, Im new, bet you heard this question a million times but is there a website that I can look up the nutrition info for the food I eat ?

Fitday.com and Calorieking.com are the ones I use the most (though calorieking gives you usually five or six incomplete entries to choose from when you search and you have to make a judgement call).

Fitday has most food you'd prepare in a kitchen, though. Cal king I use for eating out, primarily.
