Ok, I jump! Here is how I look. Everyone has to start somewhere. I welcome comments of what might be good and what is most needed to improve.
My stats are:
5'11 155 lbs 16%BF 12"1/2 bic (flexed) 21" thighs, 40" chest

I would say you just need an overall bulk. And as most people round here will tell you, to do that you need to eat more than you ever thought you could. For now I recommend concentrating on compound movements with the weights while bulking.

well, your chest looks ahead of the game and you have a decent bodyfat. Clean bulk all the way
