Smalls is taking in 7200 I believe. I know Hatey was around that too. And Chase, when bulking, is around the 8000 mark if I remember correctly.

I'm at 6000 right now, but I'm a hell lot lighter than the dudes above. I'd imagine once I weigh 220 I'll be up in the 7k's

Read some of Narcissus' journals. He documents his whole diet, and was putting down 10,000+ calories a day for some of it.
It's pretty entertaining reading material, too.

Incidentally, Narc isn't human.

Just wanted to point that out.

Good memory bro. I believe narcissus is the winner when bulking. But CC is probably the most for bodyweight. And Chase wins for the most calories to be dieting on.

How much do you weigh now?185lbs. I don't need 6000 really though. I'd be gaining about 1lb a week @ high 190lbs with that much. I dropped down to 181 recently so just looking to get back to that weight quickly.

Man, I must have a slow metabolism. I probably get around 3000, and I weigh 230....yet I'm fairly lean I guess.

Not quite. "Alke" was bulking on 8500 and was around 210 I believe.

With that said, I take 3-5 dumps a day. So it's very fast :D

F*CK ME!!!! 10,000 cals a day!!!!!!
How much of that is protein?

I struggle to eat 5000 cals a day at 200 lbs.

What techniques would one use to consume that much?

Also if you're not on the juice is it worth eating over 6000 a day?

I know that Swedish fella', the former strongest man in the world, was on 8'000 cals a day, but he's 6'7" and 300+ lbs.

PEanuts never do it for me, 50g peanut butter fills me up for a good hours. I've given up on it, it's like eating tar. Milk works I guess. But I'll never be able to reach 8'000 cals.

There have been over 4 weeks straight where I have gone 5+ times a day, everyday.

For me a liquid diet is the easiest way to get the cals in and keep the diet clean. Milk, oatmeal, carb powder, whey and egg protein and olive oil. Some fruits and what not thrown in every now and again.

Nothing compares to Narcissus' diet. I used to read his journal to see what he ate.
I was around 7800 when I was bulking.

5000 a day when I was 175. I think if I could hit 5500 or 6k I could gain more reasonably, I cant really afford to be taking more than 3-4 dumps a day though.

How many people here are just bulking and could care less about putting on any fat? For me I'm kinda going for the slow bulk route, just getting enough excess calories so I dont gain too much fat while still bulking.

On weekdays, I aim for around 6500 calories. But about 2000 of those are just from my constant milk drinking. And with doing that I've put on about 20 lbs. in the last 2 months.

I would agree. But you seem to be aluding to the fact that if you take in ungodly amounts of cals you put on ungodly amounts of fat. Do you really think we would be taking in 7000+ cals if all it did was make us fatter, faster? Most people here take in what is necassary for them to grow, that amount is different for everyone. 2.2lbs/wk at 3200 cals seems insane to me.

That's pretty hard to know seeing as most of us dont sit in a DEXA machine all day. You have to account for water+glycogen stores, undigested food, fat, and muscle.

Even eating ridiculously dirty I was unable to increase my BF% by more than a percent or two during a 6 month bulk where I put on near 30 lbs. I would love to get a little chub going on, but it's just not gonna happen.

I look at a donut the wrong way and I'll gain 3%. Seriously though, I put on fat easily when I bulk, but I still prefer bulking hard to bulking slowly. Lifting on super excessive calories feels so much better than just enough extra to gain a little weight slowly.
