SO the question is how much protein are you actually consuming daily... we all know how much we SHOULD be consuming, but what are you actually taking in???

I don't like your ranges. There's a HUGE difference between 100-200 and 200-300.

According to fitday, daily average for past 2 weeks is 247g. At 246g today so far, witout an whey/supplements, and still haven't eaten dinner yet.

I'm bulking, so probably only around 200-250 right now. When I'm cutting I shoot for over 300.

I do a 40/40/20 p/c/f split, at at 4300 cals, it works out to about 400g.
