i'm wondering if there are any olympic lifting competitions besides the Olympics. preferably in the california area.
i've never competed before and i know this is a potentially stupid question but FYI -- all i know about the olympic lifts is how to do them (i train alone, don't talk to anyone about my training) ---- just had to add this bit to avoid being flamed.
