Ok so im just about to finish my university enterence exams and im going to go down with about 4500 other people to a town south of here (Perth Western Australia) and we basicly turn the place into one giant party.

Over the next 7 days, i will be eating frozen pizzas, instant noodles and chicken and chips, Drinking lots of alchohol, and smoke lots of weed.

My question is.. how bad is this going to effect me gym wise, and is there anyway i can minimise this whilst still eating ****, drinking and smoking?

have fun i would say, 1 week of eating what you want and doing what you want ain't so bad.If you were doing it all the time then yes, it would affect your goals

Go have fun and don't look back. When you get back you will probably be more motivated to workout and stick to your plan.

Just try to stay hydrated and have fun. A one week binge will definitely hurt very short term goals (eg monthly), but in the big scheme of things as long as you don't continue the activity it won't even matter.
