Ok so I'm 17 yrs old, 6'2, and 175 lbs, and I'd really like to gain a lot of muscle mass. I've read all about how to bulk, and that i need to consume at a MINIMUM 25 cal/lb of body weight. That would mean around 4400 calories a day for me.
I'm sure that I don't eat nearly that much, but even so, I've been trying to eat more recently, and all its done is made me feel out of shape, sluggish, and like i'm gonna get fat.
If I only lift every other day, how in the world can I burn enough calories to minimize fat gain along with my lean muscle gain? It just doesnt make any sense to me.
Any words of wisdom?

I mean, my diet isn't that great:
For breakfast I'll eat a banana and a protein shake with one scoop, then a not-big-enough lunch at school, but at dinner I'll maybe have two big bowls of pasta, bread, and salad, and another shake after workout. I'm sure thats not even 3000 calories.

Workout:
Monday:
3X10 Dips
3X8 dumbell press
3X8 flys

3X8 tricep extension
3X8 tricep cable pulldown

Wednesday:
3X8 Deadlift
3X8 Seated Rows
3X8 lat pull-down
3X8 dumbell bent over side raise
3X8 hammer curls
3X8 regualr curls

Friday
3X8 Squats
3X8 Quad Raise
3X8 Calf Raise
3X8 Seated Dumbell Press
3X8 Dumbell side raise
3X8 standing Row

any help?

also im not sure about the 25cal/lb thing..
better to monitor your maintenance and go from there
