Well after being sick for 2 weeks im starting back on working out.On WBB#1 http://www.wannabebig.com/article.php?articleid=25 It only has 2 sets per exersise....is this for a reason? I mean could I add an extra set to each one? Would I be doing something wrong by doing that? I just feel like I could do more, Although im not sure I should? hehe Also...where could I get an eating guide? What do you guys eat/drink on a daily basis? And about the deadlift...what is that sopposed to do? I dont really feel it anywhere exept my legs. And WHAT is a french press? after searching on the web/forums I found the answeres to most of my questions..these are the questions I did not find answers to. Thanks!

*Yawn*
Yeah you can add sets but I highly doubt you'll see any more progress by adding sets. Many experienced lifters on these forums do low set workouts for each muscle group (including me). Go ahead and do it if you want though, I doubt it'll hinder your gains.
As for "Eating"... take a look in our "Diet and Nutrition" forum, and make sure to read the stickies at the top.
Deadlifts work several muscles in your body, including your quads, glute, hammies, erector spinae (lower back), and traps (among others). Make sure you are doing them correctly: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/GluteusMaximus/BBDeadlift.html
I believe this is a french press: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/BBLyingTriExt.html

I wouldn't add the sets. You don't need them to grow or get stronger, and you're really a little better off with some gas left in the tank, IMSHO.
