meal1: 1 scrambled egg & 2 slices of bread

* Up this to 6 eggs. But only 2 yolks.

meal2: 2 boiled potatoes

* You need some sort of protein here. Rather Tuna or milk or cottage cheese.

meal3: boiled baby pea's & cup full of rice

* too many carbs again and not enough protein.

meal4: 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast

* ahhhhh here we go ..... have one of the breast with meal3 and the rice from meal 3 with this meal
WORKOUT

meal5: small bowl of pasta

* A protein shake here with some simple carbs would be a good idea.

meal6: tomato salad (2 tomatoes, small amount of onion & some oil)

* have some Natural Peanut butter here with some milk and Cottage cheese. Yummie.

*leave 2 hours before going to bed*

so what do you think peoples? any help would be great

meal1: 1 scrambled egg & 2 slices of bread
I would suggest maybe adding some protein.. maybe have 2-4 scrambled eggs or boiled eggs with whole-wheat bread of course.

meal2: 2 boiled potatoes
Potatoes are fine accompanied by chicken or lean steak or turkey or something along those lines. Wheres the protein at?

meal3: boiled baby pea's & cup full of rice
Wheres the protein? Greens, complex carbs.. no protein though.

meal4: 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast
Wheres the complex carbs?

WORKOUT

meal5: small bowl of pasta
Wheres the protein? Postworkout protein intake is ideal.

meal6: tomato salad (2 tomatoes, small amount of onion & some oil)
Again wheres the protein at?

:cool::cool:

Tis Easier for a bodybuilder to consume too many carbs then any other nutriant as they are aware that too much fat is bad, but not that carbs themselfs will make you fat. Is that OK Mr Scientist ?

yes, but i'd also like to mention that beginners usually read up that protein = magic stuff and so eat tonnes of it and nowt much else [you know the idiots at gyms who drink protein shakes, take drugs and don't do much else...]

Anyhoo, the resulting gluconeogenesis can actually have similar effects to eating "too many carbs".

Not to mention the nitrogen in your piss.
