Hi guys and girls :)

As yo might know im on a little bit of test right now; And I have decided that I want to cut after im done with it. I have about 4 weeks left. I know that cutting after a cycle is a very bad idea, so how long should I wait, counting from the day im done with the clomid (around 9 weeks from now)?

I just did some measurements and since 2001-11-15 my gut has grown around 3 cm (1inch = 2.5 cm). I dont really feel much fatter, maybe my abs have just got bigger :p

Get some clenbuterol. I'd start clomid and clen at almost the same time. Clomid for obvious reasons, and clen not because it's anabolic, but because it has anti-catabolic effects. This post-cycle schedule worked well for me:

WK 1 - clomid
WK 2 - clomid/clen
WK 3 - clomid/clen
WK 4 - clomid
WK 5 - clomid
WK 6 - clen
WK 7 - clen
WK 8 - ECA
WK 9 - ECA
WK 10 - clen
WK 11 - clen
WK 12 - ECA
WK 13 - ECA

I reduced my workout schedule to a push/pull/legs split so that my body would have time to recouperate between weight training sessions. You'll need the extra recovery time following a cycle. I'd fast walk 30-40 minutes, 2-3 times a week, and shed fat and water weight nicely after my cycle. I retained most of the muscle gains I made. The more fat you can shed via your diet, the better. I find that if I do intense cardio or too frequent cardio, I sacrifice more lean body weight than if I manipulate my diet. Good luck.

P.S. - Get some HCG if possible. This stuff is great - it made me feel like I was on a gram of test after I stopped taking any AS.

ok thanks alot. But I wont be able to get steroids of any kind right now.

Gino, were you using last year when you got down to 6%?

Hey, well you may as well start cutting right now then. Just adjust your diet, and do more cardio. The gear will definitely help drop your bodyfat and it sounds as if you're rather new to the game so you're gonna put on weight while cutting anyway. All AAS will make your body store more energy as protein instead of fat.

What kind of test are you running and what kind of gains have you seen so far?

cyponiate 400mg a week. Gained about 8lbs, I have just started week 4. Im not looking to go super low, around 10+% is good. Im guessing that im 18% bf now maybe.

I want to gain about 10-15lbs more.

im not sure I will gain any weight if I start cutting. But if I stay the same weight and lower bf by +5% ill be super happy. You think that is possible? Can you guys help me out with me a cutting diet, I can post my exact diet in a couple of days. If you like to help me out. :)

That was 4-5 months after I stopped, about a month after I finished the post-cycle schedule I provided in my previous post above. I only went below 8% once while juicing. Two years ago, I was 6% @198 lbs and entered a NABBA contest in Miami. I carry fat differently than most people though, so I looked more like around 4%.
