I bought some digital calipers not too long ago but I never get a consistent result when using them.

I weighed about 195 lbs when the pic was taken. And I _think_ I'm 20% bodyfat? I'm sporting a double chin now which makes me think I am :(

I'm not really sure, can you guys tell what bf I'm at?

I have front and side pics

Edit: I guess while these pics are posted, do you think I should go on a cut or continue my bulk? My long term goal is 235 lbs at 10%-12% bf.

i would say around 20% more or less, what's your diet like?

This used to be a typical a day for me:

(protein/carbs/fats/calories)

M1: 2 scoops whey with water: (48 / 6 / 2 / 240)

M2: Peanut butter + bagel: (19 / 63 / 19 / 510)

M3: Subway roasted chicken (ft long): (48 / 94 / 10 / 660)

M4: 1 cup rice, 8 oz chicken, 1 cup sweet potato, 1 slice ww bread, 2 slices turkey: (75 / 91 / 5 / 670)

M5: weight gain shake: (61 / 86 / 4 / 620)

M6: Skim milk 8 fl oz + bagel: (20 / 70 / 3 / 390)

Total: (271 / 410 / 43 / 3090)

maybe want to add some more veggies to your diet, green beans, broccoli, salad etc...

I did a 3 day split mon/wed/fri with a full body workout each time, it seemed to work well!

Actually, it was very similar to the HST sample routine in: http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_II.html

By the way should I add more fats and heavily drop the carbs? How's my protein intake? Too much for my weight?

youre around 20 or so.. im 18ish right now and have just bit less belly fat
