What does everyone think about the sauna belt? I know you will be losing water weight for the first few time you use it, but how does it work if you keep using it? Anyone know much about the sauna belt?

Just give me the money you're going to waste on it. I'll come up with a better use.

Apparantly to get it to "work" you also have to change your diet and exercise...

It is a horrible product with horrible reviews and no science to back it up at all.

lololol. I saw the comercial for this the other day on T.V. I laughed my ass off for like 10 mins. They showed this diagram of this 300 lb girl and then as an "after" shot they had a picture of a 120 lb model, and a bunch of other goofy ****. Good comercial. Just gos to show the ignorance of people.
But as for loosing water weight, their are mayn other much more effective ways.
1. Caffeine (*I use diet pop a lot when I cut.. I pee like 10 - 12 times a day and loose a lot of water that way.)
2. Green tea
3. Spitting in a cup
4. asparagus

I read reviews on this and there seem to be a lot of people that don't sweat at all from it - but the heating coils end up burning their skin.

Ya i saw this and thought..hmm how does all that direct heat and sweating affect your kidneys and liver???

Also, sweating out water would I think take a lot longer than pissing it out anyway. Plus you'd look like an idot with that thing on.

It doesn't. Spend that money on a good pair of running shoes instead.
