woops... lets try this again.. Pic would only show up really big without posting the link. Hopefully one of these days I will feel confident enough to do one of these poses shirtless, one day one day

i'll say what i said last time (or at least i remember thinking last time), if u cut down to 215 u'll be shredded. u have A LOT of muscle mass and those arms are ridiculously large. Great job man!

And how big are those?! (18ish?)

Hey thanks guy, I am hoping to look pretty decent at 200lbs.. You've got to remember that I am only 5'7.5" so I am a short little bastard and I might still have some chunk left at 200lbs. We shall see, but I am holding onto muscle and strength surprisingly and that makes me happy. I am taking the rest of the week off on my diet, but I will be back on after the weekend.

Didn't read your post at first just checked out your pics. I didn't know you were looking to lose weight I thought you looked like a powerlifter or a pro BBer in the off-season. nice mass dude. good luck with the cut, you will look great!

Ha! I wish, but my 1rm bench is around 335 I am guessing since I did 325 easily last week. I haven't really squatted really heavy in a while since I keep injuring my lower back, so I usually don't go over 325-330 and my deadlift is around 465lbs right now. Nothing crazy, but I have been dieting forever and it has taken me a few years just to get my lifts to where they are now and I just want to maintain so I can see what I have worked so hard for haha.

A work in progress, you along with BCC are two of my biggest insperations to get lean and then get BIG. I will have pics up between the 2nd and 4th of December... although now im a bit embarrased to even show them round these parts with your good progress.

Your arms are 3-5x more defined and probably bigger then last time. You can even see the weight loss in your chest and midsection in those photos despite wearing a shirt in both shots.

Bill- Yep.. I started losing weight when I was extremely close to 400lbs(390 something) and I started lifting at 339lbs.

Wow WBBIRL- Thanks dude. You're making me feel guilty for cheating this past week because of my b-day and thanksgiving all wrapped into one weekend haha. I am wearing an XL shirt now even though they are usually riding up my arms and tight on my shoulders, that's ok though. hehehe

Stump- thanks man.. My routine is pretty basic, in a nutshell it is this:
Day 1- Chest, biceps
Day 2- Shoulders, traps
Day 3- Back, triceps
Day 4- Legs

99% Of the time I do no more than 9 sets for larger muscles(Chest, back, quads) and I stay around 5-6 for smaller muscles and I just do whatever reps I feel like doing that day lately. I'm maintaining pretty well and that's probably thanks to my diet being pretty good 5-6 days a week haha.

Thanks again everyone, this gives me more motivation to keep moving forward after this crazy thanksgiving/birthday weekend

Thanks guys, I am getting loose skin on my stomach and man tits. I am hoping that **** tightens up because it sucks and I have no problems getting surgery if I have to!

you said you started lifting when you were about 340? This is rough, but going by your sig you've lost about 40lbs in the last 6 months. and it was about 60 pounds more since you had started working out. have you only been lifting for a little over a year?

If so I'm am amazed. truly huge muscle mass for that time. you have great potential.

Nope, I have been lifting for a couple of years now. I didn't know what I was doing and starved myself like crazy until about a year ago though. Thanks for the compliments guys
