I was wondering if would be a good idea to pick up some omega 3-6-9 pills and how often should i take them

We get lots of 6 and 9 in our diets.

I supplement with Omega 3 only. Adding in more 6 and 9 won't fix the imbalance.

I have wondered what the benefits of taking this as a supp. are? Not meaning to hijack the thread but I am sure we both want to know this.

If it's the only fat you consume, it's the correct balance of 3 6 and 9 for the human body.

i take 2 tablets a day of omega 3/6/9 oil

I'm with Built on this one.

Omega 9 is not essential and we get a ton of omega 6. Omega 3 is all you need to supp with.

Def a good article. I've recently increased my flaxseed oil consumption from 2tbsp a day to 4tbsp daily and I can honestly say it has made a significant improvement in my overall health.
