so i've been doing wbb#1 for just over 2 months now, put on about 16 pounds. I'm gonna finish up this routine at the end of the month then start a football training routine (which is designed really well for strength, power, mass). Just thought I'd share some pics and get some comments on what you guys think.
When I took these pics I was pretty tired and the flexing felt weak but here ya are (not trying to use that as any excuse or anything)
there was weird lighting in the second ones too.
I was too lazy to take more pics, but the legs definitley improved a lot.
