my diet isnt as great as i'd like it to be, i get decent protein and carbs but not suffeciant i dont think, my routine is pretty good.i posted it on the site about a week ago and made the changes people recommened so i guess its pretty well rounded. i've noticed gains with what i'm doing right now, i've also lost a considerable amout of weight.

Creatine and whey are good for cutting, bulking, maintaining ... thermogens won't do you a lick of good if your diet isn't dialled in - sadly, there are no magic beans.
Dammit.

in that case, do you recommend creatine monohydrate, a creatine mixture (such as no-xplode, v12 turbo, etc...) or whey

to be honest, i've tried both products, got them as samples, so it's really like 3 servings in all.My experience with no explode:stomach cramps, headaches
V12: can't really tell it was like drinking grape juice

I recommend NO-Xplode and whey protein stacked with kre-alkalyn. That really made me mass.
