I buying more whey from supplement direct so I figured I would pick up some multi vitamins there as well. I think I narrowed it down to two choices, I was wondering if someone could tell me the real benefits of one over the other.

Not going to go through and read all the ingredients, but they have some different vitamins and different amounts of a few. Benefits? Beats me. Pick one...doesn't matter much, really.
