Here are some shots that I took earlier this week. Tell me what you guys think and what I should work on ? All tips would be really appreciated. I'm 5"7 and weighing in at about 194. I want to be 215-220 one day.

I would say quads and chest need some more work.

Back and arms look great.

194 at 5'7" is pretty damn big.
I agree that your hams overpower your quads. Can't really see the chest that well from the pics.

Thanks for the comments, I have been trying to bring out the chest a bit more but it has a hard time growing. Any tips on helping to bring it out? I think you guys are right about the quads I will have to try something different.

hmm i can't really see how big your chest is from that angle but it's damn near perfect in proportion.

Yes I have done 505 as a 1 rep max, currently at 480 and trying to get my leg strength back to what it used to be.

I dont see how people are saying your back needs work, It looks great to me. your chest I cant really see the size of it but it looks good. your hams are your only weak points that stand out to me.

I would say your chest lags a bit, but it could be your posing. Take a look at some of BCC's side chest shots. You need to "twist" your torso more, and this should make your chest pop a bit more.

I think that 194 is awesome at your height, I can only dream of weighing that much right now. I would expect your quads to be bigger due to the 505 squat but you look awesome.

lilmase1153: Thanks for the props man, much appreciated. I have seen your pics and the progress you have made, thanks again for the compliments it means alot coming from you. I think my back is probably my strong point at the moment. My hams and quads do need work. The strength is getting there but they are not growing quick enough....I will have to SQUAT SQUAT and squat some more.
cphafner:I do need to work on my posing, I have seen BCC's chest shots...he looks amazing and he definetly knows how to pose...I will practice up on it for next time.

I'm still trying to bulk, what would be a good weight to get up to before I cut? What do you think my bodyfat might be? I'm curious, I have never checked.

500- lookin great dude. What weight do you use for your shrugs. What else do you do for those traps. I want my traps that big. Nice job!

For shrugs I use only 3-4 plates a side, any heavier my form would suck and I wouldn't get anything out of it. I also do shrugs with dumbells sometimes for a change up(max 120's)
