View Full Version : k gentlemen, just started 2nd cycle.. here we go :)

so after a damn long time the gear has arrived:), i have perma grin.. 1st poke yesterday.. currently 6"00 and 201-202 lbs... i am doing test E@750 a week, 3 pokes.. m w f,. i might have random ?'s throughout this cycle so any help would be awesome,
i am planning on 3 bottles or 4 if i dont hit my goal. my goal is to hit a solid 220 lbs. the only thing i am worried about is tendonitis, i had it last time when i came off my first cycle about a year ago. and it still lingers.. so i am expecting some pain, and in my right elbow i am gonna have to take it somewhat easy.
i find myself drinking almost a gallon of milk per day (is that bad?) between 3-4 shakes, and having it with meals.. i just want to make sure that isnt hurting any gains before i keep doing this. i love milk lol..also i am gonna run a pretty good amount of nolva for pct and to clear up whatever i get from this cycle as far as gyno if anyone knows a great deal about nolva please send me a pm i have an important ?.
other than that im just concentrating on staying away from alcohal (its gona be a long 3 months), soda, grease cooked foods esp french fries, other than that anything else major to stay away from please post.. just the major things please i know there are a million little things to stay away from:).. thanks guys and if you have anything to add PLEASE add it here and please no flaming.. i am by far not a pro.. thanks guys... :)
EDIT,, here is a pic of me. even got the w sign in for ya guys. lol
I don't know much about gear, but milk is almost always a great thing.

The only thing that concerns me is that when you alluded to "diet" I saw no mention of Your Exact calories (or minimum to achieve) or protein intake.
It's not about what foods to eat or to stay away from per se.
You can make everything fit into your diet somewhere regardless of what it is . Especially on a bulk.
I am just now getting this into my head after 2.5 yrs of lifting.
You HAVE to know what you are eating. You have to have a plan Every single day to get the most out of these drugs.
You take a risk by using so you might as well spend the time you are on them wisely.
Your goal of 20lbs is easily attainable.
I could hit that in a month and a half even as an advanced user.

Why would it be bad or hurt your gains? Is there some mystical voodoo in milk that you think signals your body to stop gaining mass?

You gained about 47lbs in like 5.5months from 155 to 202. What made you stop gaining at 202? I hope you kept eating, because you might be disappointed with your results while you're on if you havent made gains since last Christmas. Make sure you have the proper bases to work with. hatred, i know i forgot, by no means does that mean i dont have it planned :) i am going to do about 4500-5k cals a day, and apprx 3-400 protein a day. the reason i set my goal at 220 is because there should be no reason i shouldnt hit that, so 20 lbs is 20 lbs, i would be happy with that,. that doesnt mean i am gonna stop once i hit the 220 mark, i just wanted to set an realistic goal so when i hit it i can set another and feel i have accomplished something..:)
shao-lin, i was just making sure, like some people say its bad to take 5 shakes a day, or to eat 3 protein bars a day, so i just had to ask about milk..
darksmurf, almost all of my gains were in the first months, when i hit 190 i hit a brick wall, i ate so much i was puking at night trying to squeeze down just a little more.. after being stuck at 190 for months i resorted to my first cycle. i gained 18 lbs in 4 weeks from a fina only cycle, so trust me i am going to be eating as much as possible.. while i am on cycle, i will do everything possible to hit my goals, even if that includes waking up three times inthe middle of the night for more food intake..

Honestly, I don't know if you need to run 750 and I think you should have frontloaded since you're using Enan but other then that make sure you stick to a clean diet and eat enough cals. Depending on how long you plan to stay on I suspect you could probably gain 30 pounds on this cycle.

thanks hatred, the bottom of my stomach needs work for sure, i will be sure to do TONS of crunches on this cycle, last cycle i didnt do much for the stomach because i have always had good natural abs so i just assumed they would continue, but my bad cause they didnt, so the bottom isnt defined really at all, in the arnold book he says to do crunches like every day, damn im not doing that much but i will do it 3 times a week:)

NO NO NO NO. Do not do "tons of crunches." Treat them like any other part of your body. Exercise them with resistance as often as you would with any other body part. What is different about that muscle then the rest of the muscle in your body? Would you expect to have better biceps by curling just your fist "tons of times" 3x a week? Arnold is awesome but don't listen to his training routine. We know more now then he did then.

damn chris, your awesome man, everything you say makes sense.. so just hit my stomach once, twice a week max spaced outof course and while being on cycle?? let me ask you, right now i only do each muscle group once a week, so while oncycle should i switch it to twice a week per muscle group since the gear repairs muscle faster? or just stickwith hitting it once a week per group?? thanks chris your my man

I would stick to what you were doing and if it feels like you're recovering faster then up the frequency. I really can't tell you what to do. Its more trial and error and learning how your body reacts.

Sounds like a good choice man. Since you said it was your second I figured you wanted to see how everything would work out with a little more gear. Im doing another cycle over the December break. Pic looks good and it sounds like you should be good to go. Good luck man.

quick update. shot 2 today, getting some intense workouts allready, probably the creatine i threw in just cause i have it and am sick of looking at it, also weight is up to 207, im allready sick of eating lol, ps i was down to 197 two weeks ago.. let the good times roll. :)

Looking good keep them cals up high. Also reading thru your other posts its not bad to have 5 shakes a day or 3 protein bars a day. while your on have 5 shakes a day 3 protein bars and everything else your eating lol. Alot of people round here have been doing all liquad diets and have worked great including myself

Awesome progress so far, keep uping those cals. Once you put on that 10 or so lbs of water weight the rest is a little harder to come by.

Someone else could probably answer better than me but I wouldnt think so. Its just hydrocodone and tylenol. Hydrocodone works by binding to receptors, but not the same ones that are used by your test. I'm sure quite a few gear users take hydrocodone based pain killers on a regular basis.

3 mega man multi-vitamins per day
3 glutamine per day
1 saw palmetto per day
3 tri-flex for joints per day
8 micro lactin for joints per day
i think i might get some milk thistle as well.. anything else im missing?
also i have nolva on hand for pct...:) let the *gains* begin lol

Do it a few times and truly realize how lame water weight really is.
I just want to clarify to some of the newbs that putting on ungodly amounts of WEIGHT in very short time periods is normal when starting a cycle. Just realize it's mostly not muscle. Just want to make sure these excited newbs have an accurate depiction of what's going on here.

I would gladly give up the initial gains and not have to lose the water weight at the end. I would say if you're using test expect 10-12lbs of water weight.

Dont get me wrong I love weight too, but when it effects blood pressure and lower back pain that much it's just not that cool. I was just making sure newbs werent getting too hyped up on the idea of putting on 5 lbs a week repeadetly.

Assuming locked in diet and training what would be an average number of lbs per week of lean mass you can gain on a cycle? Like 1-2?

It depends on your starting point and genetics but my rough estimate would probably be around 1lb/wk for an already trained individual. Meaning someone who has put on more than 10 or 20lbs. Even that is probably high for a lot of us and especially high after a cycle or two that are well done.
I can put on 14lbs in 14 days pretty easily when starting a cycle with heavy test dosages. But I know there is no way I'm going to be putting on a lb of muscle a week consistently after gaining almost 100lbs from my starting point. Realistic expectations are a good thing to have in this game, helps you avoid doing crazy stupid **** for the sake of a few lbs.

my plan for this cycle is to just build as much muscle as possible, hold the weight for 2-3 months, i should be apprx 230 by then,, and then start my first cut.. maybe lean out to 210 hopefully that will be enough to get my stomach rocking again and lose some fatt here and there.. what you guys think? 20 lbs be enough to cut up pretty good?

It really depends on where you are at the end of the cycle and how you perform your PCT. If you do PCT correctly you will be in a much better place. If you **** it up the cycle will have been all for not.

That sounds reasonable, but then how do you explain these people running 4 week PH cycles and claiming to have gained 10+ lbs? I cannot believe that someone using a PH for 4 weeks gained 2.5 lbs of lean mass per week, especially when you consider that most of the PH's are not as potent as test anyway. I suppose they could be complete newbs and consequently anything would make them grow, they could be lying, they could have significantly upped their cals in that time period, etc..
I ran a 4 week cycle of M1T, my water weight went up dramatically within the first 1.5 weeks (Like a 12 lb gain), followed by a large increase in strength. When all was said and done post PCT, I was 2 lbs heavier than when I started, and my strength was marginally higher than before I ran the cycle. I had already added about 25 lbs naturally before doing that cycle. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed, but in the back of my mind I was wondering honestly how much can you expect from a 4 week cycle?

Exactly. You just gotta think about how much protein can actually be turned over in that time period. People expect some crazy stuff from these drugs, they are almost always dissapointed.

I have to stay shaved. I will keep it trimmed during the winter months and then around feb/march i will go ahead and start shaving with my mach razor.
When i get down to a low enough bf at the end of this cut i will have to do the same as thanks to my dad and aas i have a good amount of hair all over wish i didnt but their ya go.

update, just finished first bottle.. i weighed in at 225 today i cant beleive this just finished 10cc and allready passed my goals.. i have gained over 3/4 an inch on both my biceps.. and inch on my calfs. good times..still doing only 500mg/ test e/week. skin is still pretty clear, hair on chest and face are growing much faster.. no sexual sides. no anger probs..
