Tittle says it all.

Im back, hoping to get back in the grove. Its been a WHILE since Ive lifted seriously and dieted seriously. When I left off 225ish 17% BF :evillaugh now its more like 255 and 29% :windup: :cry:

Going calorie restriction + 4 day split till i platue, no scale up at colllege so weigh ins are limited to once a week when im home for the weeked. wish me luck =D

So this week is bad, time without sleep = 57 hours and counting

Diet today was decent, Morning was Omlette with ham and onions and green tea.

Lunch = Cottage cheese

dinner = tiny portion of stuffed shells + diet coke

Hit the gym for the first time in a while o.0

Standing BB curls
75 x 12
95 x 10
115 x 3

Standing Hammer Curls
30's x 9
40's x 6

Pooped, over 2 days without sleep and Prolly wont be getting any till early morning o.0 damn papers to write. good to be in the gym though, tomorrow gonna hit up ze back and tri's.

Mini Goal = 240 lbs by Jan 1 thats 15lbs down in 5 weeks =D

Not everything, the strength is still semi there, When i started lifting never would I have dreamed of pushing 205 x 4 on bench lol =D

w00t w00t, finished a 8 page paper in 1 hour 15 minutes, did the damn research as a went along, hurray for sleep deprived euphoria. no sleep for 3 days = one hell of an imagination =D.

Diet today was good so far though =D 9 glasses of water + Turkey with low fat chese and lettuce on a roll =D

15lbs in 5 weeks sounds like a great goal bud. Lol, you have gained some weight but it'll come off twice as fast. You actually seem to do decently well with little food. I keel over.
