what do you think is the best combination of taste / health in a cereal?
i know some of the plain cereals with no sugar might be pretty healthy, but they taset like ****!
what cereal you eat?
i'm eating honey bunches of oats right now.
Id just stick to plain traditional oats and flavour them with things like splenda , cinnamon , apples , saltanas , protein powder etc. can get a pretty good taste from them once youve found what you like.
tradtional oats and granola.. raison branch crunch (SO GOOD)

Go for healthy ones with sugar, don't worry about spiking your insulin in the morning, it's been awhile since you last ate. Flavored enriched Quaker Oatmeal is great.

As far as processed, in the box types of cereal, I like Kashi Go-Lean (not the "Crunch" variety). 13g protein, 10g fiber, 6g sugar. It IS soy, though, so don't go overboard with it.
traditional oats with some cinnamon and raisins in. or blend the oats up in a blender then add protein powder/peanut butter milk and ice and blend lurvely

I have started eating Total with yogart and I love Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds. Oh yeah and PB crunch rocks. I drive my wife nuts because I usually end up eating a couple boxes of cereal a week. I usually just fill a bowl and take the box with me and keep filling it up. She hates it :zipit:

For something slightly more healthy, I like Raisin Bran Crunch. For downright clean, Fiber One or oats with splenda or sugarfree maple syrup.

I like Grape Nuts, Kashi Go Lean, Cheerios, Mini Wheats, and sometimes I'll throw in some Crispix or something for variety. I also tried this stuff called Product 19 that's supposed to be really healthy and it was pretty good. I'm a cereal junky! :D
