Hey all,

I attached some pictures I just took. See if you can guess my weight. I am 5'10 1/2"

Some critiques on the body would be good too. My shoulder pic sucks due to the lack of pigmentation in my caucasion skin, but I assure you, there are some deltoids hidden there. My chest looks small but I think I just overdeveloped my abs, so in comparison, the chest looks small.

As far as my training, I am going to Seoul, Korea for a year, where it is freezing, and I want to put some fat back on to deal with it. I am now bulking up again and what is left of my abs will soon be gone. I don't really care; I miss gorging on food and not counting the calories in beer.

I don't max, but my basic lifts are:
widegrip pullups (my weight) + 45 plate 8 reps
bench 170 8 reps
romanian dead lifts 190 for 8 reps
really deep squats 165 for 8 reps

Id say maybe 150-160lbs rough estimate. I would believe as much as 175. Body fat % looks at about 10-12%.

Your abs arnt overdeveloped, just gain about 40lbs and it will all fall into place.

Light. That's my guess.

Good base to start from. Doesn't sound like you are pushing yourself hard enough. You're benching more than you squat....

Might want to cut back on the reps a bit and increase the weight. 3-5 reps maybe?

also agree that it doesn't look like your pushing yourself hard enough. or eating enough. you have a good base, now start eating more and get on a routine. chest needs more development. your biceps have a good peak, but biceps suck.

Your chest and back need so much work in comparison to your arms. I don't suggest you do another curl or pushdown for a while. Stick to the compounds.

Actually, I'll post it now. I am only 144, and that is after breakfast. Kind of a shocker, huh? I was 165 before my cut/sanshou kickboxing training starting in April. I don't ever want to be that fat again. It makes my face look all pudgy and the gut is not worth ... well not worth anything at all. I don't have any pics from then. My strength is virtually the same as it was when I was 165, except for my chest. If anything, my legs are stronger. I think that if I get more serious into martial arts and do competitions, keeping my weight down to the low 140s and having a body that looks low 160s will be pretty bomb. By the way, the weight difference is not a trick in the photography. People in real life are surprised by how little I weigh as well.

I appreciate the criticism on the relation between my arms and my chest/back. However, I think my back is very well developed, and is probably the strongest part of my body, relatively. I think my weighted wide grip pull-ups speak for themselves. Perhaps you mean my lower back? Either way, the chest does need work, along with my legs.

i cant say i'm shocked at all though I voted 150-155. as far as bodybuilding goes, you have a lot of work ahead of you

I agree with this 100%. It's not that the arms are overdeveloped, it's that your back and chest are very underdeveloped.

nah im just bent over in that one trying to flex my lats heh.

actually it does look curved to the right.. hmm something to get checked out. never had back problems. sometimes my back gets sore from standing up for too long
