When I was taking ALCAR, I was dosing it at 2g 3x/day. It's a great supplement when combined with 200mg r-ala. Add ~800mg green tea extract and 2g L-tyrosine (between meals), take them all 3x/day and you've got yourself a nice little stack. -guy on another board
Primary question-
Can I add choline to this stack as well? And how much? I don't see why not, but I like to check with people who know thier stuff.

Also, he doesn't mean take the r-ala 3 times a day does he? I figured just post workout.
And for green tea extract, how do you know it has caffeine in it? I bought one that said neither if it did or didn't have caffeine in it. Does shaddow mean caffiene free or decaf?
for the green tea extract is 40% catechins 60% polyphenols fine?
If I am trying to gain muscle (lean bulking) should I drop the green tea extract and the l-tyrosine from this stack?
