Currently I am on a bulking diet and since I work and go to school full time, there are times I dont have the time to eat more than what is required for me. I try to aim on eating 8 meals a day but end up just eating 4-5 because I go to school from 800am to 1230 pm then I go to work at 200pm and come home at 1030pm and it is very hard for me to eat 8 meals a day. I want to know what foods are good to eat on the go. Sometimes I eat at subway and have some protein bars through out the day but it is not enough. Do you guys also have trouble when you have busy lifestyles. The weekends are the days I eat (since I am off) like a pig but healthy. The workweek I have trouble eating good foods and have trouble taking those extra calories. What do you guys recommed.

The prolbem I have is not knowing what to eat because I know what to eat and the good foods that provide protein but ways I can fit my 8 meals a day to my busy regular schedule. Since I am always on the go I dont have time to eat 8 meals a day except on the weekends. I wish I could stay home all day and eat, eat and eat but I can't. I guess I will try in eating 4-5 meals a day like I 've been doing. Here is my busy schedule
500am-wake up eat meal
800 am class
930 am class
1100-eat at cafeteria
1245-go to work
1000-go home
1030-arrived eat light

You gotta do whatever it takes man. Stick some peanut butter sandwiches in your pockets at work and scarf them down in the bathroom or something.
Bring food in your car and eat then. You do what you gotta do to get your meals in, no excuses. Maybe start taking some weight gainers if you STILL aren't getting enough calories. Drink milk like it's nobodys business.

Thanks man for the advice and I will do that. I might buy some weight gainers today because when I don't eat enough through out the day I feel like $hit because I did not have my 8 meals and always keep hearing that I should try to eat every 3 hours or so and I really want to that. So far I have great results from bulking, my strength has gone way up especially in squats, deads and bench press.
