I have a question regarding EC Stack. I have been out of lifting for a few years and quite a few pounds. I am getting back into the swing of things and have tried different thermos like Lipo 6 in recent times. I have done some inquiring about EC Stack but I am still slightly confused as to what brands of the components people use of EC Stack so could someone please educate me by breaking down what form/brand name of Ephedrine or ephedra is being used. Does the C for Caffine refer to stacker 2 or 3 or is it straight caffine. I would like to try this out but I don't want to just grab anything and possibly cause myself some sort of brain disfunction trying to get this right. Thanks in advance I really do appreciate any help or information that anyone could provide.

what is your diet like before getting into EC STACK?

Brain disfunction is highly unlikely in the case of mild uppers such as an ECA stack. That kind of thing happens to crack and crystal meth junkies, not the occasional dieter. Anyway, I believe the only difference between stacker 2 and 3 is the combinations of the drugs. I'm not sure if stacker 3 has any caffeine in it. I used stacker 2s and they worked great. However, I am interested in your answer to getfits question as these drugs have the potential for heart related side effects - not really something anyone should be willing to jump into head first because they want to drop a few pounds.

To answer getfit questions first, I travel frequently so I don't really have a great diet at this point. I normally have fruits and vegetables with each meal, light on the fried foods lots of meats and proteins, no supplements at this point other than multi- vits and fish-oils etc. basically I watch what I eat keeping my meals well balanced. I don't beleive I will get a brain disfunction I just do not want to buy the wrong combinations of supplements and waste my hard earned $$. I also workout 4 to 5 days a week with mild aerobics and medium weight training, meaning no max days. I have also had a complete physical last month and was declared very healthy for my age passing the stress test(on the treadmill) with flying color. I just indulged in excessive eating for a couple of year and feel I need a little bit more of an edge on my training than I get with thermogenics or Lipo 6. I am 5'6" 192lbs with a BMI that hits right around 28%. Just asking for a little help. However I really do appreciate the caution that you approach this subject with.

just a note I have an Emdomorphic body type so I have always been heavier than the height weight charts state I should be. Thanks for you help

caffiene- prolab, etc

lipo-6 has guggulsterones which BLOW
