Monday, Friday ,and Saturday

6:30- 2 Slice stone ground bread or 1/2c oats
10 egg whites
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil, 1 multi vita, 1 calcium, 1 glucosamine

9:30-10:00- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

12:30- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

2:30- 1/2c brown rice, 5oz chicken breast, 1c broccolli
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil

4:00- 1 scoop whey, 2 tsp l glutamine

5:00-1/2c brown rice, 5oz chicken breast, 1c broccolli
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil

7:45- 1c cottage cheese, 1tbsp peanut butter


Tuesday, Thursday
6:30- 1c whole wheat flour, 7 egg whites
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil, 1 multi vita, 1 calcium, 1 glucosamine

9:30-10:00- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

12:30- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

2:30- 1/2c brown rice, 5oz chicken breast, 1c broccolli
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil

4:00- 1 scoop whey, 2 tsp l glutamine, 1 extra large bagel,1 R-ala

5:00-1/2c brown rice, 5oz chicken breast, 1c broccolli
2 Cla, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil

7:45- 1c cottage cheese, 1tbsp peanut butter

Wednesday and Sunday
6:30- 1c whole wheat flour, 7 egg whites
2 Cla, 1 R-ala, 1 sesamin, 2 fishoil, 1 multi vita, 1 calcium, 1 glucosamine

9:30-10:00- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

12:30- 8oz turkey, 4 fishoil caps

3:00- 7oz steak, broccolli, 4 fish oil

5:00-7oz steak, broccolli, 4 fish oil

7:45- 1c cottage cheese, 1tbsp peanut butter

diet looks pretty grounded

whoa, that's alot of fish oil

are you sure it's ok to take CLA at 15

I think it is overkill for a 15 year old to be that strict with his diet.

Ive hadf a pretty good diet for the past year and ive went from 125 at 5/6%bf to 200 at 16/17% . I have never heard someone say a young person should not have a strict diet before

I take almost as much fish oil getfit.

I take about that much fish oil. Gives me around 5-6 grams of EPA/DHA. If I had a lower concentrated set, I'd probably end up taking more.
